Immigration Evaluations

Included with the service are the following:

Consultation with client attorney.

2 Hour Clinical Interview Sessions (Interviews are held via telehealth using a secure HIPAA compliant video platform. At the time of the assessment, you must be physically located in the state of California).

Provision of a professional interpreter (if required).

A thorough review of pertinent documents such as medical records, police reports, and legal documents.

Utilization of diagnostic screening tools tailored to your specific case.

Diagnosis and comprehensive clinical interpretation (as needed).

Recommendations and referrals for continued care.

Final Report, usually spanning 12-18 pages in length. (Due 4-6 Business Days after Interview).

Pricing and Payment

Psychosocial Evaluation $1,500

· Report is available (4-6 Business Days) after the clinical interview.

Expedited Reports $500 (Due 1-3 Business Days after Interview).

Saturday Appointments Additional $350

Trial Testimony Fee $100 Per Hour

Rescheduling Fee: $250 (For rescheduling bookings 24 hours before the service)

Simplified Billing Process: one invoice issued monthly for ease of tracking.

Cancellation Policy – Tanya Vivas, LCSW

Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made [48 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate]. This includes appointments where the client is a no-show.

If Tanya Vivas, LCSW cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
